Does anyone know what kind of on the shelf products can help reduce scaring??

I have scars on my legs since I was little, due to not taking care (mosquito bites and scratching) and exposed to sunlight too often..

I'm getting married next year, and hope to remove my scars by then..(or maybe lighten it to be able to wear shorts during my honeymoon period.)

do you girls have any products to recommend??

I think you should go see a dermatologist, cuz most over the counter anti scarring creams don't really work for scars that have persisted through the years. But make sure you get a cream free of Hydroquinone. Good luck!

I got a big scar from barbed wire when I was little on my legs, I know weird, and the scar was slowly getting bigger, again I know weird, so we saw a dermatologist who gave me strataderm (scar gel therapy) I applied it once every day for about 3 months and now I can't even find my scar, it's available over the counter. I definitely advise it. Though you should see a dermatologist, because everyone's different.(:

I have a scar on my leg from when I had a tumor removed (not cancerous) and I use vitamin e oil☺️

Thanks guys.. I'm trying PALMER's Coco butter formula with Vitamin E.. it moisturises the skin but doesn't really lighten my marks but hope it works.. (:
