I use tape to pick up fallout from eyeshadow or glitter. I apply cream blush and then powder blush over it for a longer lasting finish. I fill in my eyebrows with eyeshadow. I set my eyebrows with Maybelline Great Lash in Clear, because it's 4000X cheaper than a brow gel and works the same way.

I have a strategy for my under eyes:
-I use MAC prolongwear concealer (one of the BEST for under eyes.)
-I pump a small amount on the back of my hand. The pump will give you too much so I do a half of pump
-take a beauty blender dupe and make a narrow right triangle under my eyes stopping before my nose and extending it to my hair line.
-set with a damp makeup wedge dipped in Ben nye banana powder (always set liquids with powder)

For falsies:
-measure it to your eye
-cut from the outer edge (never the inner)
-holding each end of the band, make it so the wave so it can curve to your eye
-apply a dot of glue on the back of your hand
-dab the end of a makeup brush in it
-paint the glue along the lash line
-wait until it gets tacky
-apply them by lining it up with the center of your eye and put down the corners as close to your lash line

I use eyeshadow as a eye liner, sometimes I use it as contour if I am going for the extremes (if and when I do contour which is usually never), if I was just using the bare minimum that I had I used liquid or cream highlighter as an eyeshadow and base, I also use more than one mascara to achieve a perfectly balanced look.
