So is there any lotions that can make my skin lighter and also lotions that can protect skin from the sun...and btw I'm 13...

Honey, why do you want to make your skin lighter? I'm sure your skin color is perfect the way it is. If you want to protect yourself for the sun you use sunblock or sun screen.

Well, there really isn't any way that is healthy for the skin. And since you are 13 I wouldn't worry about it. You do not want to wreck your skin by trying to make it lighter at such a young age. You'll want to kick yourself for it.

You can do it naturally with vitamin c creams although they can be quite expensive - so you try a fresh lemon and use a cotton ball to swab the lemons juice on areas you want to lighten - another way would be exfoliation you can by an exfoliating scrub but I would suggest a gentle scrub like a sugar scrub - again you can make your own at home by mixing honey with sugar and you can add cinnamon if you are acne prone - others have said brown sugar is gentle but I use normal sugar n it works just fine - for sun protection just buy a face moisturizer with at least SPF 15 and you should be good - neutrogena has some good SPF moisturizers that are affordable so hope that helps! Just because you are young doesn't mean you can't try things and I personally suggest natural remedies that won't damage your skin :)

Even natural remedies can wreck skin. The only one of those that has been proven to really work is with lemon and that is not good for the skin. Lemon has too much acidic content in it which can wreck the skin.

Yes there are YouTube videos for DIY sugar scrubs - just mix 1 cup of honey with a tablespoon of sugar mix it on a bowl and you can use your fingers to apply to your face

If the lemon is too acidic for your skin you can mix it with water to dilute the concentration.
