Foundation, then concealer.
It's nice because you can apply a small amount of foundation, which will even all redness and such out, then apply concealer for extra coverage to the spots you need it. That's what concealer is meant for, just to help what foundation won't always cover up. Also, I feel it just looks nicer overall c:

There is no "right way" to apply your makeup. It's all what works best for you.
I personally like using foundation 1st then concealer. Like Vanessa said, concealer is to help cover up what foundation wont. Not only that, but concealers have a higher percentage of pigment in their products than your typical foundation, which means it's rather easy to over-apply when layering & you wouldn't want to apply concealer in areas that foundation could have fixed. Let the foundation cover up your redness & uneven skin tone & let the concealer do the heavy duty jobs like acne scarring or dark circles. =]

It depends! If I have lots of blemishes then I apply concealer then foundation and then, if I feel my skin is really bad, I sometimes dot on extra concealer in the areas that I feel need it. If I think my skin is looking better I apply the foundation and then just use concealer on the blemishes that the foundation has not covered.

I think u've got to conceal before you apply your foundation because that will give you a perfect finish and be sure to apply moisturiser as the base :) hope it helped

I ALWAYS did concealer and then foundation, but recently I read somewhere that you should do foundation and then concealer. Duh! I've been doing it that way since and it makes so much more sense.

There is no wrong way...but usually on clients I apply foundation first and where the foundation needs a little help I add concealer...I just stipple it with a soft brush or pat lightly with my ring finger...
