Honestly, put toothpaste on it, after you wash your face in the AM ice it down. That's what I do. I rarely get em.

Try an aspirin mask! I tried it yesterday to use on this big pimple right by my lip and in 30 minutes it wasn't red anymore and it was way smaller and hurt less!

Try benzoyl peroxide unless you have super sensitive skin.

Something that always imediatly helps bring down the swelling and even redness is Liquid Gel Advil. Just poke a hole in one and apply to the blemish, I put a bandaid on mine overnight to help

You could also use a warm washcloth and apply a bit of pressure to reduce the size.
