Along with what Jacqlyn said, you're back is just like your face in the retrospect that it will produce excess oil if you don't moisturize enough! Make sure you're lotioning before bed, that always helps with my back acne. Try a lotion with exfoliants in it. I recommend Amlactin ceraputic lotion. I buy it at the drugstore, it looks like this:
