In December I'm going to the Katy Perry concert with my best friend and I know it's a little early (WAY too early) to start planning but I want suggestions on hair, makeup and clothes?

I would wear Colored leggings and you Definitely want comfortable shoes!! But also since you have a lot of time.. Me & my friends just went to a Demi lovato concert & we made our own t- shirts :) its a fun little something to do since you have time! :) have fun at the concert!
