Well let me just start off by letting you know how beautiful you are!!
I'm right there with you when it comes to weight. It's really hard for me to find clothes that look decent or that cover my sides... I noticed that floral blouses look really cute on me and camouflage my chubs. And since I dread wearing jeans, I always wear some sort of black legging. The capri ones look best! I'm working on losing the weight but for now it's little changes that will make me feel beautiful. I'm Also noticing that I look A LOT better with less makeup. Oh! and I personally think that you should give the colored contacts a break.. your eyes are pretty without them! Also, if you're looking for a change, try going a few shades lighter for your hair color. It can brighten you up :) Or even if you're trying to get away from the whole high school and scene looking hair, chop it to the shorter layer.
Even when you don't feel pretty, remember that there are others looking at you and thinking that you're absolutely gorgeous! Anyway, I hope I helped a little bit.
Stay beautiful and love yourself. You are beautifully and wonderfully made! :)

I have dark brown eyes and would love to have yours! I would also like to have curlier hair or brighter skin...But if I start comparing myself to every girl looking at what they have and I "don't", I can assure you that I would be already depressed. Learn to love who you are at this moment, not the memory of who you were, because it's the same person: you :)
and about weight, I have a friend who gained a lot after taking cortizone and felt exactly the same. She realized that weight does not define you! (she was the typical skinny-blonde-pretty-green-eyed-girl). Everything will start to fall into place when you love yourself again :)
(sorry about my english, it's not my first language :p)

Honey, first off, relax. Take a step away from the mirror. You have to realize, how you look has absolutely nothing to do with who you are. You aren't your hair, your makeup, your clothes, your weight, or any of that. You are what's inside. You could have the best hair and clothes in the world, if you aren't happy on the inside, none of that matters. You control how you feel. Don't be so hard on your self, you're beautiful. Let that inner beauty shine through then add onto that.
Take a shower, then after you get out instead of immediately doing your hair the way you usually do. Try something different. Try letting it dry naturally and if you're hair is slightly wavy or curly try enhancing those waves.
As for clothes, there's no way in the world you can't find clothes. Literally they make clothes now for woman of any size. Don't try and fit into a smaller size. Buy the size that fits regardless of the number on tag. You're size isn't important. You wear the clothes. The clothes don't wear you. Try to find high waist bottoms that accentuate your curves. Try something with a lower neckline that shows just a touch of cleavage. Don't hide under baggy clothes, it'll make you look bigger. Tastefully fitted is the way to go. If you have arm issues, opt for outfits that you can pair with a jacket, cardigan, long sleeve shirt, etc.
Makeup, try reeling it all the way back. Try doing something light or with bright colors. Something different than what you do now.

When I was prego I gained a ton of weight and hated how I looked especially my chubby face, but I noticed if I had my hair in a pony tail it made my face look a little thinner

I feel uncomfortable with myself too, and what I have noticed that helps, is making small steps to changing what I don't like. I work out, eat healthy and constantly pamper myself. Even if I don't like my body, if I see myself slowly changing in the mirror, that will give me confidence for the day. Try going to a salon and getting a different haircut, try drinking only water for a week and you can't imagine the difference!! Slowly incorporate changes (do 50 situps every night, drink water, no more fast food, etc)

Just a fat girl losing weight who aspires to be a future personal trainer, sit ups are not good to do every night. They put a strain on your neck plus they don't work all your core muscles. You'd be better off doing planks. And working the same muscles every night don't give your muscles a chance to repair themselves and grow.

Agree with Brandy. Just do things to slowly change what you don't like. But anyway, you are beautiful! I've struggled with the self confidence thing, actually it resulted in an eating disorder and I still have to fight back those urges to go back down that road. I know it sounds cliche, but you have to just work on your confidence. Slowly but surely, it will come to you.
