I want my hair to be basically WHITE how do I get there??

You have to bleach your hair as light as possible which comes with a lot of damage and upkeep. Use a violet based toner and toning shampoo to keep the yellow tones away. If you use toning shampoos too much it will turn your hair purple (this is what I do for white-violet hair) so only use it sparingly and not daily. I would go to a salon to bring your hair down to the lightest level though
