Any DIY nail growth treatment you know?

My nails are quite short because I am a biter but stopping (trying) and I was wondering if anyone knows a nail growth treatment you can make or even buy?

Exactly what Jacqlyn said. Just like hair, nails grow when they are healthiest. Garlic and stregthening nail polish is what does the trick. I used to be a hardcore advocate for biotin, until I realized that I just have a biotin dificency. Whoops! So don't take it unless you need it.

You can rub garlic on your nail. or put a piece of garlic in clear nail polish and apply :)
