First of all sorry I havent posted questions in a while
but ya...
so I I'm here to ask for tips and ideas to improve my inner beauty like being more feminine and stuff and things to improve my outer beauty like makeup hair and stuff like that ya know this probably makes no sense but ya... thanks beautys

Well healthy living means a lot of things but basically drink a lot of water, make good eating choices, and have an active lifestyle.

Drink lots of water. No soda, fast foods, junk food, ect. The greener the vegis and the darker the fruit the better.

Youll feel better about yourself when your healthy so stay healthy. I feel better about myself when I always have my nails done, always have lipstick on, always mascara, it just makes me look awake.
I feel I look more feminine when my hair is down and done.

I think that the ultimate key to true beauty is confidence. If you are confident in what you do and what you choose to wear, you will truly be beautiful. If you are wearing something and feel super uncomfortable and not right, you won't feel beautiful even if you in a ball gown and false lashes. If you wear what you want and rock it because you love it, that is when your true beauty shines through. I have seen girls who are so physically perfect, but they have cruel personalities and put others down, so they are no longer beautiful to me. The most beautiful you comes out when you are being exactly who YOU want to be. Hope this made some sense!
