Hi ladies! So, I was wondering if you have any recommendations for a long wearing foundation. I'm open to any brand or price. Thanks!

What's your skin type? What kind of finish are you looking for?

Shauna, I have dry skin. A dewy finish would be great.

Nicole I really find that using a primer under a foundation or bb cream really makes it last long!

What kind of primer do you recommend?

A lady at Mac told me if you put a CC cream underneath your foundation it lasts a lot longer!

Nicole I use the Rimmel Fix and Perfect, which is really really good, and pretty cheap :) I can see a huge difference when I wear it under my bb cream and it last all day and night :)

For primer use something like Becca or Laura Mercier. They both have ones suited for dry skin with luminosity. Loreal primer (the one in the white bottle) is nice too.
Nars sheer glow and Benefit Hello Flawless are both amazing. Great coverage and finish. Neutrogena Healthy Skin is a great drug store option too.

I've got a few up my sleeve as I also have dry skin. 😊 one I love is Nars Sheer Glow. It's got medium coverage but can be built up and it has a nice, dewy finish. It isn't known to be long lasting but it lasts longer than most! It works fabulously with a nice primer underneath. I also love the Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hr Full Coverage Foundation. Unfortunately it isn't the most dewy finish, but I use it with the L'Oreal Magic Lumi Primer and it makes it glow. It has awesome coverage, blends well, and lasts forever. And I mean forever. Like I have slept in it and it's still intact in the morning. I would say the finish is in between satin/semi matte. But like I said you can get a dewy primer or a dewy setting spray. Lastly I adore the Diorskin Airflash Foundation. It has amazing coverage, blends like a dream, and is super buildable. It has a satin finish but leans more towards the dewy side than matte. Hope this helped 💋❤️
