I need an easy to use eyeliner that won't smudge throughout the day....but isn't impossible to remove either...help!

Physicians Formula 2-in-1 lash boosting liquid liner! The name is a mouthful, but I swear by this stuff. It's easy to use because it's basically a pen witha brush tip~

Urban de at 24hour liquid liner. It's amazing. Or Kat Von D tattoo liquidliner . It's also great

If you like gel liner I suggest Maybelline Eyestudio. That's what I use. It goes on easily and has a a nice smooth, dark color.
