Yes mam Emma is so right. I would also take biotin supplements and take care of your body! Exercise, drink plenty of water, eat healthy, and get plenty of sleep!

What is Maine nd tail? Nd coconut oil would u say be the best oil? cause I've tried a few but nothing really seams to work ..

Coconut and argan oil are my favorites! Put one or both in overnight and wash out in the morning. Yet again though, this isn't to grow your hair. It's to ad hydration to it, which makes it healthier, in which helps it to grow. :). Growing out healthy hair is a long process!

And yes I know the feeling! I have been trying to grow out my hair for the past year and a half. There's a billion small tricks to help it along.

Wow thanks heaps guys nd I recently got a knew shampoo nd conditioner 90 set its a scalp cleanser would u recommend one of those?

Wow ok thanks heaps how come u know so much ? Ha nd it comes with a spray which is for after showers but then it also has a treatment but it says to: use daily apply directly to entire scalp, comb through do not rinse would I apply to dry or wet hair? Nd do I use it on the hair nd end or just the scalp? Sorry bout all the question :/
