Go get an indoor tanning lotion! Out door ones erode things like acrylic so I would not put them on my skin. Indoor ones contain tyrosine which allows you to tan by stimulating your melanin and speeding up your production of it. You can also find lotions with bronzer which allow you to tan darker than you normally would by adding colour. If you're nervous about using a bronzer you can start out with natural bronzers as well. Anyone at a tanning salon can help you out! In the summer don't tan before 10 or after 3 as it is basically pointless. Tan around twelve for no more than 20 minutes. You can also start no at an indoor tanning salon with low intensity lay down beds to create your base tan and prevent burning in the summer. Low intensity beds recreate the suns rays by providing you with UVA and UVB at a slow pace for a natural deep tan and is a good source of vitamin d.
