Face powder help!

My face powder I use to set my foundation always seems to crease under my eyes and just kind of sit in all my little wrinkles..? How can I stop this?

Maybe a primer if you don't already use one.

I usually use a damp beauty blender to lightly dab on powder. Don't press hard.
