So I really want a septum pierced but I'm not sure if it would look good, so please help.

I think if you want a septum piercing, get it. You can always tuck it up when you don't feel like having it out. I have mine done and I didn't even really want it when I got it, I just got it because I wanted a new piercing and even though is isn't my favourite piercing I still have it because some days I enjoy looking a little different when I wear It out :)
