That's called Keratosis Pilaris or Strawberry legs ,it's when the pores are dark on the legs and the hairs are becoming in grown and waxing makes them look better ,but you can try exfoliating gloves and using a cream called KP duty by derma doctor

Thank you Traci!
But when I shave you can still see the root of the hair,if tht makes sence. is it that same thing? Thank you for the suggestions I'm going to try waxing and the cream you suggested. thnk you agin

Yes your seing the bulb of the hair follicle because shaving only cuts the hair from the surface if you start waxing even thou it hurts lol it grabs the hair from the root and then exfoliating not right after thou because you will be sensitive and the bumpy feel is just that we produce more protien I get it to on my arms and legs the gloves and cream really help, if you can't find KP duty Amlactin cream works well to

It's better to get professionally waxed hun you won't have to go but maybe once a month it's not easy to do yourself, and the cream and exfoliating is good for men to.
