Does this cleansing wash remove waterproof mascara?

It is soap free, so my take would be that you would still need a make up remover to help remove mascara.

I wouldn't apply a soapy wash around the eye area. I recommend a special eye makeup remover. I have tried a few good kinds. Like cliniques is really!! good but $18 for a little bottle. But I also like Almaty and maybelline has a good waterproof eye makeup remover
