Cutting down on dairy can help :)

^Exactly. Dairy is awful for us. If you can't cut it out completely, cut back if you eat/drink a lot of it. Drink more water. Green tea is good too. Pure green tea, not the bottled ones that contain all kinds of sugars. Sweet potatoes, salmon, green leafy veggies, veggies in general really, fruits, etc. If you're looking for a good book on it try The Clear Skin Diet. It has really good info on the types of foods that help promote clear skin, and overall good health, as well as ways to cope with stress mentally and physically which actually play a big part on our skin's health and clarity. It's a really informative read. Can get a bit technical at times but it's easy enough to understand :)

I was vegetarian but then cut out dairy as well, my skin has never been more amazing! I don't even wear any foundation or powders any more. :) Eat more natural and raw.

Maria you blend that in with your smoothies or put it in at the end?

You can do it however. But personaly like after. I found tht if you put it in before you don't get the crunch and for some reason taste tarty (if thts a word) so I recommed it after.
The way I make my smoothies
Add watevr frozen fruit, matcha green tea powder, half a banana, protein powder, spinish, almond milk and blend thn add em.

At winco they have a machine that you just grind up whole peanuts and it makes peanut butter. they also have almonds that you can do that with too.

Peanuts aren't really nuts there legumes and almonds are much more healthy and have way less calories.

Yes almond butter is amazing and better for you. Try using sunbutter it tastes almost exactly like peanut butter, it is made from roasted sunflower seeds that actually helps to clear your acne.

I'm on the no dairy diet as well. Along with avoiding white flour, sugar, pasta. I make fresh veggies/fruit a huge priority and include in 3 of my larger meals and for my three small meals (aka snacks) I consume a lot of veggies. Along with adding hemp seeds or milled flaxseed to my steel cut oatmeal in the morning. I also guzzle hot green tea at least 3-4 times a day and green smoothies are a must for me. I practically live at Whole Foods and Vitamin Shoppe.lol.
