Hey y'all :)

I'm trying to get back into beauty blogging like I used to do a few years ago. But back then I had a really nice camera and enough time to go through the process of uploading pictures from the camera to my PC, cropping and uploading them to my blog.
Now I just have an iphone.

I was wondering if anyone knew any camera apps that could take clear, up close photos of eyes and lips?
The camera on my iphone just isn't cutting it for me, and I tried a few others (like KitCam) but it's still just too pixelated for me.

Thanks a bunch :)

Unfortunately, none will do.
The reason being that no APP can make the picture better unless you use a better camera. The APPs can only add pretty filters but as far as making it come out crystal clear HD you would need to purchase an actual camera, as the apps can only go as far as your iPhone can when it comes to terms of pixelation, noise, and clarity.

How many megapixels are the cameras on your phone? I have found that if I use the back (higher megapixel) camera on my phone, with good lighting and take the time to get It to focus, I can get photos that only need a little bit of touchup in photoshop :)

Kittys right. I just use my iphone4s. the best thing for you to do now is just to find good lighting whether its the sun or very strong bulbs.

This is about the best I can get when it comes to my phone which has a 13megapixel camera. I can run it through some photoshop to correct for color and lighting (plus under eye wrinkle removal lol) fairly quickly but this is about it and I still had to try multiple times to get a good focus. As you can see there is only so much photoshop can do for clarity quickly, if I was getting paid to fix a sentimental photo there are tricks to reduce noise and add in detail but they can take a lot of time to do correctly so it is just not worth it for picks you are posting for a blog lol.

I would say If you can live with supplementing photoshop for poor quality then go for it but if your time is worth more to you then a good camera will be well worth it! :)
