Help help help! I have very dry skin all year round not just in Winter. Could anyone recommend a good foundation for dry skin please? Preferably drugstore brands such as l'oreal, max factor, etc as I have a pretty right budget, no more than 20 euro :(

I have dry skin all year too and I mix foundations! It works well for me as long as I use a primer first and I use Revlon colorfast whipped foundation, Mary Kay liquid foundation and Facebook, I mix them on the back of my hand them use mt fingers to apply :) hope this is helpful
