You can never go wrong with a red lipstick and a smokey eye maybe or even something like this (refer to the pic) and maybe tease your hair and add some waves or curls :)

I agree with Victoria! Red lipstick and smokey eye =] and if you're scared of black eyeshadow you can use brown too!
