you can try toothpaste, I think its supposed to work like the drying lotion, but I'm not entirely sure how, so I would google toothpaste on pimples

Okkay what I do does not completely get rid of the zit Buuuut it helps with redness and swelling.
My skincare routine:
First put whatever you use to wash your face with on (your face duhh) then I bought foot scrubber, the one with the rock/ stone and bristles that you use for dead skin, and take the rock/ stone part and message the skincare into my skin, then put warm water on the bristles and lightly ,as to not scratch m face of, take the skincare of then rinse face like normal. This works well for me bc I have dry skin and it gets the dead skin off like heaven, I wouldnt recommend this if you have sensitive skin bc the foot scrubber can be a little rough. The next step is something I swear by. Take an Advil liquid gel capsule and poke a hole in it the put the gel on any blemishes. This will burn sometimes if the is an open wound but it hasn't harmed my skin so far leave on the gel until it feels dried up then take a cotton swan with warm water to get the gel of. The swelling goes down and so does the redness. The whole scrubber thing can be skipped as long as you don't have dry skin I just feel it rly helps
