This year. & I'm 16 so yeahh pretty "late" I guess for some people. I think it's never to late because makeup will always be there whenever you want to start. Oh and I do sometimes think wearing it too young is sort of "wrong" if you will...just personal opinion btw I mean wear whatever you want.

I'm now 16 and only wear mascara, liner, brow pencil and blush, occasionally eye shadow when I can be bothered:)
