I bought a cheap eye cream which kinda works, and Garnier does a caffeine one which does help. I get pretty bad bags, so I use a concealer the same shade as my skin tone (or one shade lighter) to cover and then set it with powder.
There are lots of handy tips on YouTube :)

I have the same problem! I was recommended to buy an eye cream and put it in the refrigerator before use every night. :)
