Liquid Liner?

I am looking for a liquid liner with a "stiff" tip, one that has a lot of control.
It would be great if it was from the drugstore, if not that is fine.

Revlon colorstay liquid liner. I've been using it for years! I can't find anything that works as good :)

I like Maybelline Stiletto. A good pen to try is by Too Faced, but mine dried out right away cuz the cap didn't click tight enough. For that reason, I steer clear of the pens.
