I just bought a Yes To Grapefruit CC cream. I have never tried this and got very mixed reviews. Some said it was buildable coverage, some said it was far too light.. some got acne and some didn't. Have any of you tried these? I trust your opinions more.. I know I can try it since I already purchased it but I'm kind of scared :(

@ Tyler I bought it at Target for $15.
@ Suzy I am very medium olive color and the light to medium was actually a smudge to dark for my skin so I kept that and bought the fair to light color and mix a bit and its the perfect color. I like the coverage it because I prefer light coverage which is what it is. It blend nicely, not streaky, or blotchy or flakey. I aply it by taking less than half a pump for my whole face and pump it on my fingers than dot it all over my face. I then blend it in with a flat top buffing brush or my fingers if I'm in a hurry and it still looks good. I haven't noticed a huge improvement in my skin but I do think it is actually evening my skin out. I use it in conjunction with the Yes to Grapefruit Daily Face scrub and the Yes to tomatoes acne wash or yes to cucumbers soothing face wash. I like that it has some SPF in it and it smells really grapefruitie. love every Yes To product I've tried I especially love that they are mainly natural products and are cruelty free and most are gluten free.

By the way I do/don't have acne. only the occasional spot because I've recently got my face really cleared up. But I have acne prone skin and it has nit made me brake out at all. I also have oily skin and I noticed that it does not oxidize when I'm wearing it. I also normally set it with Cliniques stay matte powder or Nuetrogena Shine Control powder. It normally stays put as long as I'm not running in it or doing yoga or anything like that but during a normal day it stays looking nice all day. Sometimes I use a primer with it and sometimes I don't but I always set it with powder but when I use a primer it does last a bit better and I don't get as shiny.

Yes it is buildable coverage from a light/sheer to medium coverage but I normally wear it with light coverage just because that is what I like.

@Tyler, it's about $18 at shoppers DrugMart! and @shawna thank you so much for the detailed response it was exactly what I was looking for!! :D now I can't wait to try it.
