Ugh so I wanted red hair, went and bought the loreal hicolor in red and red hot and it came out burgundy but not red! urggg what can I do to get it red!!?!?!?

You can try and dye it again with just the red!

You could use red or even your mix again. I'd leave it on a little longer or use a 30 developer instead. I used 30 developers whenever I used it.
