I have really tiny eyes, and I was wondering which eyeliner looks would be best, or even possibly make my eyes look bigger?

I dont know if youre looking for specific brands, but definitely go for NYXs white retractable eyeliner. I actually just bought it the other day and the stuff is amazing. it makes your eyes look bigger, and even on your waterline it doesn't budge :)
if white is too harsh, go for a light pink :)
