Big white head problem!!

I have the BIGGEST white head on the cheek area. ( outer cheek though ) and it's so big and filled with pus and looks like it could pop any minute! & it has redness , what should I do? Wait for it to pop in it's own?

Well the safest thing is to wait for it to pop on it's own. In the meantime though you could try putting an acne treatment on it, or use a medicated face wash if you don't have a treatment cream, you can do a little aspirin mask on it, you can use tea tree oil, hydrocortisone, a hot or cold towel...anything to shrink it and help it heal.

I saw on thebeautydepartment.com that if you wet a wash cloth with really hot water and leave it on the whitehead until the towel cools down then slide it over your face in one direction it'll "pop" it without it scarring or becoming an open wound.

Dab some lemon juice on it every night. I guarantee you it will vanish.
