So I have a concert coming up and I already know I'm going to cry (I'm a fangirl lol) and my eyeliner and mascara are not water proof so what is like the best I can get that's not too much?

Any mascara from maybelline will do, those things are hard to come out!

My favorite waterproof makeup combo is the UD Primer Potion, topped with the UD 24/7 Shadow Pencils (the eyeliner will work too, but for some reason the shadow pencils are indelible), and for mascara I use the Lancôme Cils Booster XL lash primer topped by waterproof Maybelline Lash Stiletto and L'oreal Voluminous Million Lashes. I'm 100% serious, my ex boyfriend dumped me while I had this on, and my makeup didn't move even though I sobbed for a solid hour. No one could even tell, later.

Maybelline Lash Stiletto and L'oreal Voluminous Million Lashes are both available in any drugstore. The Lancôme and UD stuff is at Sephora (I'm not sure if they make the Shadow Pencils anymore, though. UD liner should work just as well, no worries)

I would suggest Aqua Eyes eyeliner by make up for ever. It's a waterproof pencil, very black, it's good for the waterline.
