Sally Hansen has a clear nail polish that helps. It worked for me :p.

Make sure to keep your cuticles moisturized and push them back but DONT cut them! File your nails to make them even because when they're uneven they tend to break easily. Soaking them in warm milk makes them grow and also soaking them in olive oil.
