My hair is naturally curly, pretty long (about mid back) but VERY dry with a tendency to become coarse and damaged-looking. I have also just made the transition from my natural dark brown hair to J Lo highlights. I have forgotten how dries out high lights make my hair! What are some good tips on keeping my hair soft and hydrated so I can have that long, Kardashian hair instead of bushy and overwhelming?!

If you are going to wear your hair straight I would defiantly get a really good deep conditioning mask & use it 2-3 times a week for a few weeks then go down to 1-2 times a week. Use for 20-30 with a plastic cap :)
