I have the sane problem! I try to stop bridging our combing when wet, and before i get in the shower I gently take the tangles out, so I don't take hair out in the shower !

use the loreal Argenine resist system... shampoo conditioner and leave it conditioner... it is amazing has reduced my fall out drastically

Take a multivitamin and drink lots of water, if you don't already. Hair usually falls out when you're lacking a nutrient and/or stress, unless there's an underlying medical problem. There was a year where I lost SO much hair, it was crazy. After I started eating better and taking a multivitamin, it went back to normal
