Weird but file your nails lightly every night and eat 1 solid undissolved jelly cube every day to grow your nails!
Hope this helps x

Nail growth, just like hair, all depends on genetics. But a good nail care routine, staying hydrated, and a good diet will help grow them to their full potential. Here is what I do: I exfoliate my hands to make them super soft. Then I will put a cuticle softener on my cuticles, wait a.few minutes then push them back with a cuticle stick. After that, I will buff the ridges off my nails. Then I will shape my nails by filing them, I also recommend filing them instead of clipping, when you file, file in one direction to avoid ripping the nail. After shaping my nails, I will add a couple coats of a strengther. I use one from Essie but it's no longer sold in stores. Sally's has a good one but I don't remember the name.
