I really like both the Tarte Smooth Operator finish & the NARS Light Reflecting powder. both give a really nice finish, I just like the packaging of the NARS powder more :p

Stila has an amazing portable translucent powder that will make you swoon =) Too faced has some really good ones too, I love their candlelight pressed powder.
