Ok so tomorrow is my super intense home spa day. I know it probably sounds weird but oh well. Incase your wondering what that is I will tell you. It's when I do facials, nails, eyebrows (pluck), hair masks, etc. I was wondering if anyone else had ideas of treatments I could do.
ps I have school the next day so please nothing that will erritate my skin and break me out.
I'm not sure if this matters but I have normal skin, and my hair is normal but at the tips its really dry for some reason anything that could help fix that in a day.

Maybe use a body scrub. Add essential oils (NOT fragrance oils) or bath bomb to your bath water. You could also do a milk bath, I like adding powder milk, there's a lot of recipes online. I like to sometimes add a few teabags to the water sometimes too. I also love to use dusting powders if it's a hot day, makes me feel fresher. You could do a foot treatment by using a moisturizing foot cream and soft socks over night. Or soak your feet and file them.
That's a few things I like to do on "spa" days that you haven't already listed.

I love to stream my face. It's so refreshing and gives a heathy glow. You could put hot water in a bowl then cover your head with a towel to steam your face. Alternatively you could use a hot towel which also exfoliates too ;) I love spa days! 😆

For the ends of your hair try coconut oil! I've been using it on my hair for a while now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. I've recently sent my hair to Bleach City and it's fried my hair to kingdom come. Coconut oil does wonders to my hair, plus you can also use it on your skin. :)

Love doing some yoga after the shower. Or read a book and soak my feet.

You can use olive oil or coconut oil for almost anything. You can use them as a hair mask, cuticle oil or condition your lashes. You can also make a lip scrub or body scrub, just mix some sugar to the oil.
