For those on a budget I always recommend elf brushes. They have them on their website in sets and they are extremely affordable. Although I have an extremely expensive brush set (it was a gift I could never spend that much on brushes!) I find myself reaching for my trusty elf ones! They are very soft, easy to wash, have a great range of sizes, don't shed a lot, don't come apart easily, and just do a great job of applying makeup! If your in a right budget I deff recommend checking them out! They are available as single brushes at most drugstores and places like target so you could build your own set; or they do have sets online!

BH cosmetics also have very affordable brush sets, and they usually come with cute packaging. Even though I'm starting my sigma collection, I still use a good amount of my brushes from bh cosmetics.

Sedona lace isnt too bad in price if you want to upgrade from elf or cheaper brands :)
