Well I usually use box hair dye.
I just want to know if there is any tips to help the color stay in longer & or brighter?😄🙆

Yes! A lot of box hair dye has a recommended shampoo! Use that, or just get a high quality shampoo for color treated hair.

This doesn't matter if its box dye or done in a salon.
1) Color Shampoo (sulfate free and the only drugstore brands I recommend are L'Oreal Ever- and Nexxus)
2- Minimize Heat
3- Minimize your hair being in water, it will strip the color faster; also don't use warm/hot water, use cool/cold water.
My favorite box brand dye is definitely John Frieda! Believe me I've tried them all. Sally's is also good too but you have to mix them.
I recommend John Frieda Color Glosses for after color, they help brighten color and make hair look shiny.
Also, I usually only use conditioner instead of shampoo for a while when washing to help with fading.

Please don't use Pantene, Herbal Essences, Garnier, etc. because it says Color Protecting. They do nothing but help make it fade faster.

Definitely use the conditioner they include because right after you dye it it will feel damaged but once you shower the next day it's back to your normal hair! good luck
