I just love your post heading...Hauling in the Hood.lol. Reminds me of when I was living back home in L.A. I would hit up all the beauty supply stores in the hood for Milani makeup. Beautiful colors in the shadows. And those lippies...love!!

I've never used the ruby kisses shadows but I gave my friend some. she needed red, orange, and yellow for her caribana costume and doesn't buy high end so I got here there's and maybelline eye tattoo thinkn she may need to make em pop and she loved these..

I hope the shadows are nice. my eyes are so sensitive I always bought MAC shadows for the color selection n they didn't bother my eyes. but cheaper stuff has gotten a lot better over time but still I'm Leary, lol.
@tonita. lol @ the bootleg CDs, DVDs, and MK bags. I hadn't been seeing those until recently. I was Lmao! a girl had one at work n the locker room area. I told the mgr. that's a cute MK bag, its all wrong but the colors are different. she was Trippn askm me how can I tell its fake. really?. Lmao!.

do you find the too faced melts to b gritty? I've heard they are. and from multiple places.

Thanks Naomi :-) I don't find them gritty at all.When I bought one I was telling Jackie they were actually nice and smooth but the lasting power was not up to par.I bought coral that is a intense color(color bam!) but when you dab to your liking its pretty.

@ alma, I don't mind bam!. lol. yeah they're super pretty. the colors are gorg, esp 3/4 add ones they released recently.. I say I'm going to get at least one.. prob violet (what a surprise).
I heard about it I think on IG. what do you like from their line alma?. I have no info on the brand other than its supp to b quality..
