Like Kenna said, white liner or you water line will definitely make your eyes look bigger. As for making them pop, I would suggest natural shades of eyeshadow. Hope this was helpful!

I have the same eyes too! I agree with Paola and Kenna, I've heard that drinking tons of water actually brightens the eye color.

Oddly enough, using pink-based neutrals like the naked 3 palette (the one which I have) and the lorac unzipped pallete adds dimension to eyes and makes them look lighter and wider if used correctly. White eyeliner in your waterline works for a dramatic look, but nude has the same effect and is more useable daily. Try experimenting with colored eyeliners too, black tends to constrict the eye and make it look smaller! I personally love a subdued smudged golden eyeliner, it makes my eyes pop!
