Jordan liberty just posted a video saying how much he loves it and how comparable it is the naked palettes yet isn't a knock off. He says for 10$ and a good primer and you can create just as many beautiful looks as if you had a UD palette. It's in his "favorite palettes" video.

I have heard bad things as well. Personally I decided not to purchase it.
