For nail care what should be done or any tips for what to do?

Keep your cuticles moisturized, push them back instead of removing them, file your nails instead of cutting them, when you do file them, file in one direction. and apply a nail strengthner. One thing that also helped me, when you clean house and your using sprays, soap and water, use thsoe yellow gloves. that tip helped more than anything else
