I was just wondering how bad unhealthy eating is for your skin. I'm not too bad, but I know I could be a lot better. My skin is very oily and I have acne, could this be down to my eating? And if I improved it would it be likely to help?

There's probably other reasons why but a good diet plays a big part in maintaing good skin, hair, nails, etc. Also do you wash your face with cleanser often? Or it could be certain makeup products?

When you sweat, the bad foods you eat come out of your pores, it Rly makes a difference if you eat healthier and drink at lease 6-8 water bottles a day then when you do sweat its better stuff and sweating is actually good, it gets rid of toxins
