Polyvore Makeup Misunderstanding

Hey ladies! I know many of you use Polyvore, just like I do. I love the app but I keep having a problem with one thing. Some of the photos are filtered and this dramatically changes what they actually look like. This has been a let down many times for me. Below are 2 examples with Essie's Fashion Playground nail polish and the Lorac Summer-Glo.

I wanted to let you all know about this and was wondering if any of you have had similar experiences.

The photos look fine to me honestly (:
I have the Summer Glo palette & it looks like both the bottom & top photos.

It's a pretty great palette actually. I've done a bunch of different things with it. it's definitely my most used palette (:
