How to get rid of white heads?

My chin and some of my jaw line are plagued with white heads. They rarely ever then into full blown out pimples but there's so many that it's supper annoying and visible.
I never really see any products that target white heads, so what can I use?

Pure tea tree oil is amazing! also I use clean and clear spot treatment , the one with salicylic acid in it , it works in like 1-2 days!

Yeah I definitely do have hormonal acne unfortunately I haven't been able to see a good dermatologist yet but I'll definitely try these out! Thanks.

A combination of salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide worked for me. Also, if you can get your hands on any product with retinoids please do! RETINOIDS do wonders.
