For bottoms, you could wear straight black dress pants, a pencil skirt or even really dark black jeans with no fade or distress. For tops, stick to blazers over formal polo tanks or nice simple dress shirts or blouses. For the shoes, small black pumps or black flats. You could also wear a nice tan coloured trench coat and just drape it over your shoulders for a more mature look. Wear dainty jewelry or statement pieces only one at a time. Always wear a watch. For a bag, I recommend a large purse rather than a small cross body bag. Good Luck!!

3. In my opinion, I feel that you need to look very professional and it really isn't a time to make a fashion statement. I think either a black and white or an entirely black outfit would be safest. I would also add a blazer to an outfit like this.
