I find tea tree oil based moisturizer to be mattifying for me - but my skin still produces oil and yours will too because you cannot stop the oil production permanently - have to get blotting sheets or just wipe with a paper towel.

-Find a lotion that got oil free in it.
-Oil pads to blot oils on your faces

I don't wear face makeup just blush on occasion. I would only where moisturizer before you go to bed. I don't like to have creams on my face during the day cause I sweat at work.

Maybe you can try a different moisturizer, and if you don't want to do that, buy blotting sheets,I don't wear any face makeup either and that's all I could think of. Sorry if I wasn't much of a help. I hope you find a solution!
