I'm on my phone right now so I can't link you the video, but I recommend googling Jordan Liberty. He has an excellent winged liner tutorial that will make struggling with winged eye liner a thing of the past. He teaches you how to do it so that both wings are always the same no matter what you do, so the only thing you have to worry about is how dramatic it is.

Ooh Symone has a great idea! But make sure you do the eyeliner before foundation! Welp all eyeshadow for that matter! Or use the scotch tape trick but stick it on your hand first so it doesn't pull at the sensitive skin around the eye! And defiantly don't put on foundation first if you use the scotch tape!
